Mr. Toll has recently joined the Best Choice group as a partner after being an investment partner on several projects over the last 4 years with the Best Choice companies.
Mr. Toll brings a long and successful history as an investment banker. He spent 15 years with one of the largest Accounting firms in the world - Ernst & Young where he was a Partner in Corporate Finance in Melbourne Australia. Mr. Toll specialized in mergers and acquisitions both within Australia and cross border transactions with parties in Australasia, Europe and USA. He successfully completed over 60 transactions ranging in size from several million dollars to large public company transactions in excess of $500 Million Dollars. Mr. Toll’s expertise centers around determining and executing proper financial strategies for corporate growth in both debt and equity markets.
Mr. Toll’s knowledge and successful reputation led him to lecture at Monash University for five years, co-author a publication, and present a number of papers at conferences throughout Australia.
Mr. Toll has undertaken a number of entrepreneurial ventures including founding an import distribution business based in the USA, founding an agricultural business (Australian Olive Oil of the Year Award 2005), and co-founding a niche food business.
Mr. Toll is the proud father of three beautiful daughters and enjoys keeping fit and active. He recently represented Australia in the Vancouver World Triathlon Championships 2008.
