Curt Denny began his career working for some of the top Fortune 500 companies in the world. Both at Rockwell Collins and Intel, he quickly worked his way up the corporate ladder earning project management positions which entrusted him with capital expenditure decisions in the millions and billions, with his largest project managed with capital investment expenditures totaling ~$3.5B.
Realizing that his true passion was to develop his own company, in 2004 Mr. Denny transitioned his extensive project management experience to starting his own real estate business. Since buying and rehabilitating his first house in 2004, Mr. Denny has rehabilitated over 20 homes in the Phoenix area and completed over 60 other real estate transactions in Texas, California, and Arizona. Mr. Denny has grown his real estate businesses so well as to replace his corporate salaries multiple times over.
In early 2006, Mr. Denny joined forces with Best Choice Properties. Since then he has been personally involved in some or all of the following capacites; the analysis, acquisition, entitling, developing, and selling over $100M of real estate. Mr. Denny has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
