As the founding member of Best Choice Properties, LLC, and serial entreprenuer, Mr. Denny brings a breadth of corporate experience in marketing, product development, financial and operations management in both private and public companies.
During his corporate career in the early 90's he was recognized as one of the youngest Executives at a Fortune 5 company - General Electric and was rapidly promoted to positions in Worldwide Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Operations Management, and New Business development with both domestic and international clients. Mr. Denny was then recruited from GE to a Billion Dollar Telecommunications Company where he held the top sales position and was appointed National Sales Training Director. After two years he was given the opportunity to become the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a publicly traded company where he was able to expand the company internationally. Mr. Denny then became the President/Founder of an International Start-Up Internet/Nutrition company in Asia which was then sold. This marked the beginning of over a decade experience as a serial entrepreneur.
In 1994 Mr. Denny began acquiring real estate for investment purposes as a part time endeavor. While he began by rehabilitating homes he transitioned into the full time occupation of land acquisition and development of real estate. Over the past 6 years as the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of the Best Choice Companies he has been personally involved in some or all of these capacities; the analysis, acquisition, entitling, developing, and selling of over $250 Million Dollars of real estate.
Mr. Denny has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and attended the Executive MBA program at Case Western Reserve University. His hobbies include racing 1/8 scale off-road cars where he just finished 9th in the World in his class. Mr. Denny resides in Scottsdale, AZ and truly values spending time with his wife, 5 yr old son, and 2 yr old daughter.
