Randy Carder is an entrepreneur at heart and has spent most all of his life as a business owner. 25 years ago Randy started a picture framing company which he ran for 11 years. That business became the largest framing company on the west coast.He than sold it and pursued other dreams. His passion for waterskiing launched a new business idea and Northwest Waterski School was launched.
Mr. Carder has since been recruited by many companies to expand their market share through the implementation of marketing and sales techniques where he quickly became the top sales person in the last two companies he was involved in. For the last 6 years he has been the Co-Founder of the Best Choice Companies that has been responsible for the analysis, acquisition, entitling, developing, and selling of over $250 Million Dollars of real estate.
Randy is a father of 4 children. He is a family man and a man of integrity. He is known to be a huge racing fan and is actually a race car driver himself. His racing team, Carder Racing, travels the west coast racing Late Models on 1/2 mile oval dirt tracks. It is a thrill to watch him race. Randy also enjoys to travel and has been to several continents with his wife Sandy and their friends.
